When there’s a lot to unpack

We best serve the world when we invest in nurturing our own culture. I’ll observe and participate in the TLC from where I belong: at home plate. Don’t worry, I’m not alone at base.

Select some healthy new greens for new families.

I’ll select a healthy alternative for those who cannot breastfeed.

When there’s a lot for people to unpack during crises, health equity through donation is the least we can do.

Lighten life with warm sand between our toes.

I’ll lighten life with a sunny outlook, making San Clemente beaches all the brighter.

Unpack the materials meticulously as you build my castle.

I’ll unpack gratitude for the moat. Let’s be honest: my home security has been our new thing and we’re into it mutually.

I’ll unpack some mystery, too, secretly wondering if waterways will connect us across states. Perhaps eventually even taking us to the Yellow Creek Tributary, where we can find our way through Illinois. And back again, to the home you’ve made me here, your beach nut crib an honest design.

Clear up the muddled air with a visit to Coronado. Lots of mistakes, lots of delays, lots of mess these years.

I’ll clear up some of your self doubt and stress with the simple details. Those others years aren’t our future ones. How about some hanging pots on our porch one day?

Color our days with a little extra romance. I love flowers, babe.

I’ll color our days with two tickets to the pictures. Matinee popcorn is such a great deal at every theater.

Unroll the days with fun in mind.

I’ll unravel the fun by reminding you it’s okay to feel this good, every day.

Free, and I’ll free.

Off-load the stress, it does not serve.

I’ll off-load a little extra care on the way back in from a beach town. It feels good to actively do this, I highly recommend it with whatever senses you have available. I’ve got visual. Hello San Diego.

Calm with a walk.

I’ll calm with a quiet nod to these builders. A century of vision that lasts.

Unpack the history of San Diego’s trolleys, a North Park history unique.

I’ll unpack a few extra heartstrings today when I tell you the truth, that I miss you, San Francisco.

Unburden your evenings so we can hang out.

I’ll unburden us from extra danger. There is a safety in being known publicly, and you should take comfort in this. Plus, recognition keeps up some pressure on your cross country skills.

Free up some equal love for downtown San Diego.

I’ll free up some time to get down and dirty with you and your PC skills. Security programs that protect my homeplate will get you that grand slam, babe.

Enrich the truth out loud and I’ll enrich our world by sharing it. When there’s a lot to unpack, truth should always be our unwavering rock.

Untether your hot air whenever you want, venting is healthy and I’ll keep it private.

I’ll untether my thoughts on some plans for our future. Wine country scenes, please.

Deliver the message you’ve been meaning to write.

I’ll deliver a kiss when you keep me posted.

Unpack your portfolio of work in our new home.

I’ll unpack a portfolio that always rewards. Domaine DuPage awaits our Chicagoland visit. I wish Two Brothers distributed more in California. Let’s discuss further in some loungewear, craft brew is strong and these days I enjoy it best when at home.

Untie your worries about blue birds and misuse of tweets.

I’ll untie my hair, keeping redbirds close, as we go about our offline life together.

Rest where the rainbow marks the spot.

I’ll rest while walking, a forever trait. The Presidio of San Diego is a worthy competitor, and peaceful one, to SF.

Kindle quiet introspection at the San Diego Museum of Art.

I’ll kindle a little light of mine, letting it shine alongside you.

Glow with the rotating sphere.

I’ll glow with the illumination of still life.

Collect your thoughts at a local counter.

I’ll come collect you as a loved one for all time.

Release major compassion with our fellow wildlife at the San Diego Zoo.

I’ll release minor hints of how I miss Illinois.

Compose your favorites Streets of San Francisco nods, wherever the adventures may find you.

I’ll compose a few favorite nods of my own.

Par for the course, my keyboard strokes will appreciate Illinois reminders. The dairy farmers of Illinois are amazing, from Prairie Farms to Golden Oaks to Heisner to Stone Ridge to Lueking and all the farmers in between.

We can tee it up anytime, I’m a terrible golfer, I’d rather by score keeper or something, and afterward how about some dinner?

Extend our home here, in Little Italy, my favorite neighborhood of San Diego.

I’ll extend some longing for Little Italy, my favorite neighborhood of San Francisco. And I’ll season that longing with all of Chicagoland. The Streets of San Francisco offer extra parmigiano, my fav, and perhaps we’ll find the same generosity anywhere life takes us.

Improve your hand with a little more Random California Art.

I’ll improve my hand with some kitchen staples. Chicago’s Green City Market works too, and we could even donate fresh finds.

Relieve the nights watch with some daytime shade.

I’ll relieve the nights watch with an afternoon nap meet up, should they ever ask while I’m still single. If this ruffles your feathers, find courage.

Soothe your perspective with a quiet overlook.

I’ll soothe my Chicago heartache by appreciating the outdoor weather here.

Dispatch calm by connecting your community heart to your brilliant mind.

I’ll dispatch calm by reminding you that serving people is a daily legacy. You live yours continuously.

Burnish becalm with red detailing. I love acknowledged identities; taking a couple identity moments to be who the community wants us to be is good for everyone.

I’ll burnish knowledge of innovation with heroism. Incorporating nautical education is a San Diego flex for my Midwestern brain. I’m into it.

Quiet your worries with the right anchor.

I’ll quiet my mind with every awesome architectural move around. Perhaps the designers here have the same benefit as Illinois, where Illinois Green Alliance stays sharp.

Chill out at the Italian food hall, this is really a beautiful area.

I’ll chill out when I make a wish. Nope, you don’t get to know what I wished for.

Unload your nerdiness all you want.

This influencer girl will unload a little extra yellow cool.

Unpack your North Stars with me, a homemade design to cherish.

I’ll unpack my Chicago love with this homemade carry-all, courtesy of shopsmallchicago.co.

May Illinoisans never stop creating, especially during these challenging times.

Unbolt a few extra hours to try the local breweries. San Diego has so, so many amazing crafters.

I’ll unbolt a few extra moments to travel the neon sign districts.

Release a little extra passion by taking me to Lefty’s Chicago Pizzeria.

I’ll release a little extra passion for you with a parking lot smooch.

Alleviate my home longing by providing all the options.

I’ll alleviate your curiosity with a mix of slices. Believe me when I say I love you and know that even if you don’t believe it, it is still true.

Be still while reflecting on the coolness of Chicago’s neighborhoods.

I’ll be still as I mention that I miss those El crowds.

When there’s a lot to unpack, unpack some good memories of daily life.

Lighten others’ lives by sharing some homemade dough.

I’ll lighten your life by publicly admiring and respecting you, as I do privately.

Unlock some old fashioned innovation.

I’ll unlock some extra compassion and kinship, particularly after you champion us away from the green and yellow ogres.

When there’s a lot to unpack, don’t unpack me away from you…

Pacify our moments with hand-crafted goodness. Mikkeller’s seltzers are so different and delicious. Ballast point is literally on point, and Bolt is super refreshing.

I’ll pacify my heart and pour you a cold one in the best pint glass. Let’s cheers to a Kuma’s visit one day.

Unfold another shirt, since you’re so into blitzscaling.

I’ll unfold way more brewery options in Chicagoland as I blitzscale your Illinois taste.

Open your heart to those who really do have others’ best interests as priority.

I’ll open my heart to a little bit of your cynicism, and I’ll close the door behind us if it gets too toxic.

When there’s a lot to unpack, there’s a lot of life left. So you best find those who reduce the cynicism carbonation of your heart. I’m one of those, and I won’t be tolerating much of the toxicity fyi.

Unpack what you really want. It’s gets too heavy and is quite unnecessary to carry all that around.

I’ll unpack an extra slice for the bear-nose Tribute and send some extra words his way. This sincerity is particularly important in a verbally abusive environment that the Presidential leadership has sowed, my words grasping and pulling Tributes away from the world’s reaping.

Release your truths: tell me that you can’t wait to try the Addison Pizza Slice contests.

I’ll release my truths: we will have to wait until it’s safe. We will practice conservative public health measures to protect everyone so, until then, let’s have a slice contest here in San Diego.

In 2016 LA, and ever since, California assure me that the authentic pizza is in San Diego. Airbnb and I know that this is not true, we have had such great pizza in San Francisco and the Bay.

Still…I’ll release my contest findings here (tiktok’d from 12 o’clock clockwise):

When there’s a lot to unpack, unpack hometown traditions with one another.

Untie your freedom to be happy.

I’ll untie mine alongside you.

Take me out to the ballgame. When moved to San Diego, you wisely put me where the lights are on at night.

I’ll take you for peanuts and Crackerjack. We have Chicago to thank for Crackerjack, many individuals to thank for community baseball fields and loved ones to thank for associating bleachers with chill time.

Ease the evening on in with a sunset view.

I’ll ease the evening on in with some extra minutes awaiting a night catch.

When there’s a lot to unpack, unpack a little ease.

Unlock some personal introspection on heaven.

I’ll unlock some personal introspection on all the birds I love and how this love ensures my truth about spirituality.

Unpack your pixels. I don’t know why you said goodbye to such a perfectly suite match in trust when I said hello.

I’ll unpack my pixel smiles again, and as we go Forward, I ask you to be a part of them. Make it Pronto.

When there’s a lot to unpack, unpack how much I really loved you, and then unpack that I love you. Even with my Pixel’s clear Taz wallpaper as an homage to your total and absolute unbridled destruction.

Say goodbye to the Bay that keeps us isolated, say goodbye to the mess that keeps all apart. Say hello to new paths forward with pizza and craft brew and California home security designs and visits to Illinois. Say hello to smooches.

Life’s calling and my Pixel is up to date, with Youtube music to pacify even your most devilish rampage days.

Let’s take it a step forward and unpack life together.
